Imagine capturing rainwater in a cistern and using it to power your car. Can fill it from a lake, the sea, rain water. Any water will do. Many seem to be skeptical about Genepax's claims that no outside energy source is needed. If that is true then this is truly an energy independent vehicle. This is the kind of technology we should be supporting and advocating our leaders to fund further research of.
