Green Revolution

In light of current energy problems it is time for the worlds people to stand up and demand that their leaders take action to become sustainable. As many sources tell us, we cannot continue to live the way we are and survive as a species . When our current energy systems crash there will be hell to pay in the world. Our world and our species are on the verge of a new revolution. It is quickly heating up, but now needs everyone's help.



It is time to contact our government leaders and tell them that they must advance sustainable energy and building policies. Do not let them tell you no. Governments have dictated energy and building policy for most of our civilized history. Now instead of mandating clean energy and building practices they want to pump more oil out of the ground.



If you think war and human tragedy are bad now, wait until the oil runs out. It is time for our elected leaders to take their hands out of the pockets of polluters and oil companies. It is time for our leaders to lead us to a green clean sustainable culture.



There is enough natural clean energy available to power all human society without war, pollution, or corruption from our leaders. They want wealth not a clean Earth. It is time for a revolution. tell our leaders we want sustainable clean energy and building practices. Tell Congress to give us a comprehensive green energy plan that is effective. Tell them we are tired of weak mandates. Tell our president to quit begging his Saudi friends for lower prices and more oil production, and support a comprehensive energy reform package.



Mr. president and Members of Congress, I ask you to take your hands out of the pockets of big oil and mandate alternative energy sources for transportation. Support clean energy. We can be free of our dependency on oil in a few short years. If you cannot let go of our addiction to unhealthy and unsustainable energy policies then it is time for the people to remove you from office and elect those who can. Our future as a species depends on it.
